Team Member not visible in Team Overview of Manager

Dear Experts  ,

We have an issue where one of the  Team member is not visible in the Team Overview of the Manager  in ESS/MSS .

Org Structure is fine , Team member is reporting to this Manager like other Team members who are Visible .

After Debugging we found out the in the Standard Component HRMSS_TEAM_HIERARCHY in the Method GET_HIER_DATA  the Values for this employee is not getting filled in the internal table lt_hierarchy_data  , The Values are like URL and Employee name etc are missing .

Does anyone has any clue regarding this type issue where one of the  Team Member is not visible to the Manager , Please provide any pointers for this .
