Crystal Report 2008 SP3 compatibility with Windows Server 2012 R2

Hello,

I am trying to connect from Crystal Report 2008 SP3, to a Peoplesoft Peopletools 8.54 database using the Peoplesoft Peopletools ODBC driver on Windows Server 2012 R2.

The Peoplesoft Peopletools driver is both 32/64 bit.

I get the messages below when trying to connect to my Peoplesoft database.

Can you please confirm if Crystal Report 2008 SP3 is compatible with Peopletools 64-bit driver and/or Windows Server 2012 R2?

I read on another thread that it worked correctly on Win 2008 (link below)

Should I use a higher version of Crystal Report e.g. 2008 SP7 or use Win 2008 instead of 2012 R2?

The error messages:

Database connector error: 'HY000:RPC Error:The server threw an exception. From ISQLAllocConnect

Database connector error: 'IM005:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager]Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_DBC failed'

Logon failed. Details: 01000:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The driver doesn't support the version of ODBC behavior that the application request (see SQLSetEnvAttr).
