How to transport a delete responsality in quality and production?

Hi guys,

in a rule, i have deleted a responsability on the test system. The rule contains a few more responsabilities. How can I transport this change to the quality and production system. When I add a new responsability to a rule, i select it and click on the transport button. Now I have delete a responsability. It is not displayed on the list anymore. How can I transport the change?
