ME2O doubt

TO

Now to process the ME2O process the in ECC 6 these are the follow Pre-request

needed

1. Assign loading group and transport group within material master (delivery material should have sales view).
2. sipping condition need to assign with customer master.
3. customer assign with vendor & vendor assign with customer.
4. Delivery type with plant OMGM

3)   assign the plan with sales org.

here doubt is ….?

earlier while I process ME2O transaction,  system I did not ask the above settings. Any one can explain me why it ask now? Not earlier
