Application timeout after specific time

Hi Everyone,

I am using Power Builder Classic 11.1 build 8123.

I have a datawindow which fetch record after a long time (approx 30 min). After 15 min, my application times out in production environment.

After research, I found that network team fix a firewall. If the application is not sending any traffic during the time limit (max 15 min) it is presumed the session is dead. Thats why firewall break the connectivity between application and database(oracle) and my application times out. They does not ready to increase the time limit due to security issues.

Please suggest.
