Chart - Problems while accessing data

Hi All,

While running the application on platform mode, some times I am getting blank charts with message "Problems while accessing data". I am running on DS 1.6 SP1. I am using BW as a data source for some charts and Universe (built on info set) as a data source for remaining. Most of the times I am experiencing this error. I have searched in SCN but did not find the posts related to charts. what is the root cause for this type of scenario? Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.
