Validate texts when creating PO in ME21n

Hi Guys ,

I wanted  to validate the  text area which is define inside text tab while creating the PO by using T-code  ME21N . I have tried multiple user exit and customer exit but unable to do the validate .

Please let me know if you guys have any idea about that  PFA for ur reference .
