Prompt value in report query

Hi

Each time when i run the WEBI report with different prompt value , report output comes as expected.

But in report query i do not see the updated prompt value .It shows prompt without any  value (i assume it should show the  updated prompt value each time).

If i run the saved report  (without changing old prompt values), the report query shows the old saved prompt value  .

Why is it so ?

Please let me know if any further input is required .
