PO Publish Issue_Resulting in Error

Hello Guys,

Need one timely help!!

I am trying to publish a PO from ECC to SNC, when XML reaches to SNC it goes to scheduled status, when I checked teh respective Queue.. Have a Error message displayed as "Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible"

When I double click on same to route to XML monitor, it results back to same PO which I have sent from ECC...

Also, when I come across the dump in ST22, looks it generating a dump as well.. as below....

please suggest, as all my further queues are getting stuck due to this DUMP.
