Quality Assurance add-on for Pharma Industry

Hello Experts,

Hope you all are doing well.

For one of my client, there is a requirement of Quality assurance add-on.

Quality assurance is basically like maintaining documentations such as deviation, change control, CAPA, product recall etc.

But there has to be some integration with the functionality in SAP.

So anyone could guide me for this, would be of great help to proceed further.
