Index Deletion not happening which results in DTP failed

Hi Guru's,

I am facing a strange problem in a cube which did not have a Partition or compression.

The Index deletion step is not deleting the Index of this cube on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday which result in DTP fails on these days and we are correcting this by deleting indexing manually and repeat the failed DTP in our process Chain.

Please suggest on this as we are not able to find any solution.
