Hello
I have a Lead Approval rule set up. The employee created the Lead and the Lead went to the Manager for Approval. When the Manager opens the Lead, goes to the Approval tab and clicks Approve he gets an error "You are not authorized to change the data".
The Manager has no restrictions on any of his access. He has access to all work centers except the Bus. Config./Administrator/Application & User Manager work centers.
What is he missing to have access to approve the Lead?
