Approval Queue issue in monitoring tab

Hi All,

SAP IDM 7.2 SP8, DB2 Database

I have an issue that monitoring tab shows many old entries in "Approval Queue" which does not exist anymore in Tabs ToDo/Approval Management and

IDM tables mxi_approver, mxi_approval and mxi_approval_pending_action .

Below is the screenshot.

I have verified during testing that after approval/decline/timeout of pending approval requests, new entries get removed from the approval queue in monitoring tab and also from ToDo and above mentioned IDM tables.

I have below questions

1. From where these entries could come up if not in ToDo and above mentioned IDM tables ?

2. Where I can see these entries in IDM tables/views ?

3. How to cleanup them ?
