Webdynpro service are logging out after 30 minutes

Dear Experts,

We have one E recruitment system [ ECC 6 Ehp 7]. And have 7 webdynpro services which system using for applying job search for our customer. End user is saying that they are getting kicked out of page after idle usage of 30 min.

We have given 2 hours of time in SICF  services and set parameter rdisp/plugin_auto_logout as 7200. But it is not working . I need to know, which parameters might be overriding our parameter : rdisp/plugin_auto_logout.

I have gone through many SAP notes, but situation is not clear much so posting this query.
