I Need some inputs from team , Let me brief you about my scenario .I have AIX 7.1 which is running the SAP DB2 10.5.While taking the backup from Dell Netvault utilty it will give us the below error

SQL2071N An error occurred while accessing the shared library "/usr/netvault/lib/libdb2hook64.a". Reason code: "1".

SQL2071N An error occurred while accessing the shared library "/usr/netvault/lib/libdb2hook.a". Reason code: "1".                                       

Have escalated to this with Dell team but there saying it is not a IBM DB2 full package its a SAP customized DB2 application.

Due to this i am not able to take backup from last 1 month .Now the setup is in production and i dont have any backup.

Please help me to get the solution for the said error.
