Email issue in dispute management

Hello Experts.

 

I need your help in resolving the email issue of dispute management.

 

Dispute case was created by one user in FSCM module ,the case was assigned to next processor ABC and there should be an email notification that ABC should receive.

 

But the issue was routed to the user who created the Dispute ,My question is why the email notification routed to user instead of ABC.

 

I have checked in log but I didn't get much information, Kindly help me in which config settings in need to check.
