I am having more than 10 years of IT experience and more than 9 years experience in Business Objects. I have worked in BO from 5.1 version onwards. After having this much of years of experience in BO, I am lookign for a change and not able to get jobs for BO consultant with 10 years of experience. For BO profiles companies are looking for candidates who have maximum 7 years of experience in BO.... At this stage i feel i stuck and not able to move my carrer. I am willing to learn SAP HANA as people who have BO experience for them its beneficial for them to learn HANA. But even if I search for jobs in SAP HANA , they do ask for minimum of 2-3 years of experience. If i learn HANA, from where will get thsi much of experience in HANA and still in the JDs they are not lookignf or BO professionsla.
Could you please suggest me how can I learn HANA , as I went through the Learn material of HANA, still hw to get the hands on experience on that...do you provide some trainings which gives live environments.
