PO output message depending on delivery date

hi gurus

we need to send po message via idoc to a third party 3 days before the date of goods receipt (defined in po item).

We don't manage inbound delivery, only PO.

how can i solve?

is ther a rountine that i can use in message type definition (output timing program), which one?
