Book about loading data from R3 with screenshots

Hi every one,

I am looking for some good book about loading R3 to BW 7.0 with screenshots. Before starting this Discussion, I have searched and read on some SCN discussion and some body suggests the book "SAP BW: A Step-by-Step Guide"

But this Book is in 2002 with BW 3.5 version and out of date.

So Could any body suggest me some good books about loading data to BW 7.0?
