data from "Survey" is not reflected back in mail ID when we use "MAILTO"

Hi

I generated a link using 'mailto' in survey . Then i posted that link using 'Mail Form' from SAP GUI to my gmail ID. Survey was working fine but no mail containing results, after submission, was returned to the mail ID specified in .XML file(for mailto).

1) Please suggest how can I receive e-mail regarding the survey results in the specified e-mail ID in .XML file.

2) Also, is there any procedure to update(automatically) results of particular survey from mail ID to CRM system.
