Trigger an Action for every few specified quantum of time in Agentry

Hi,

I am trying to perform an action, say "Dummy" action, Which is containing a transaction step and a Apply step.

My prime requirement is to trigger this action every 5 minutes (this should happen independent of the screen that the user is currently on) . Is there a way to achieve this without Open UI Control?
