MII Queue Monitor fails with "Operation did not return any Data"

Hi,

we got an issue on one of our ME 15 installations.

The MII Queue Monitor is failing to show any data for certain users with the error "Operation did not return any Data".

We have one User who is actually able to use the Queue Monitor, all others (including MESYS) are failing.

All of the Users have the same setup, all have the MEINT Role assigned in Netweaver,

ERP Integration and transfer of IDOCS is working only the Queue Monitor won't show any information.

Are there any suggestions on what could be the root cause?
