Hello Experts,
We need to load data from a number of files. In order to process it sequentially, we have a archiving program which moves the file into the archive after it is loaded into BW. We achieve this archiving with an ABAP report in the Process chain variant.
Thus, we have a process chain(PC 1) calling another chain(PC2). PC1 calls PC2 and if PC2 is successful archives the file and calls PC2 again for the next file.
Issue: The ABAP report functions perfectly standalone(Dialog Processing) i.e When Executed manually after a successful load of PC2.But it does not archive the data when called from the process chain!
Do we need to maintain any settings in order to enable the report to be called during Background processing? Request your suggestions on this!
