CJ40 Planned cost removal for the Previous year (2014)

Hi Experts,

I have an issue regarding CJ40 Planned cost removal for the Previous Year (2014)

I can able to select and delete cost for the 2014 Year planned in a particular WBS

But after deletion If I press Check Icon then immediately deleted value is coming back to the deleted WBS

I have tried in Primary cost level also but cost was not planned in it

This version is AP0 and O version is fine and there is no cost planning done for 2014 Year

Please kindly suggest me.
