Condition type value not flowing to COPA

Hello,

We are having a issue where certain condition type value are not flowing to COPA. We are using costing based COPA.

These condition are assigned to value field in KE4I.

The GL accounts are P&L account already created as cost element with category-11. But still values are not fowing to COPA

The issue which i feel is that when i check the Revenue account determination key in SD these condition are assigned to an Accrual key. Is this setting not allowing value to flow in COPA during billing?
